OEM Design and Build Services

Here at Paukner Metal Products, we design and build all of the sheet metal related parts that are used in the manufacturing process of our air handlers, unit heaters and other related accessories. Over the years, we have designed and/or built parts and products for other companies. Pictured here are just a few of the many different parts that we make.

If you need someone to build parts made of sheet metal, perhaps we can help. We currently work with 20ga, 22ga, 24ga, 26ga. galvanized metal. We can also help you with the design of your parts if necessary.

If you are doing installation work in the HVAC industry and have a need for several of the same fitting, we may be able to help you with that also. Fittings would have Pittsburgh seams and can be shipped disassembled.
